1. Who we are

Ozkaya Ads Co. ("we," "us," "our") provides digital advertising management services, including ad targeting strategy, campaign setup, and ongoing optimization for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (ozkayaadsco.com) and any services you request from us.

By submitting a form on our website, contacting us via Instagram DM, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services

We offer advertising management services for small businesses, which may include:

• Ad targeting and audience strategy
• Campaign setup and management
• Ongoing optimization and performance reporting

Our services are advisory and management-based. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to click-through rates, conversions, return on ad spend, or sales. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, your product/offer, and your website or landing page performance.

3. Ad spend vs. management fees

Our management fee is separate from your advertising budget. Any amount you spend directly with Meta/Facebook on ad delivery ("ad spend") is paid by you directly to the advertising platform and is not included in our service fee unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Getting started

Services begin after we've had an initial discovery conversation and mutually agreed on scope, pricing, and payment terms. Nothing on this website constitutes an automatic agreement to provide services — all engagements are confirmed individually.

5. Payment terms

• Fees and payment schedules are agreed upon individually with each client before work begins.
• Invoices are issued electronically (via Wise, Payoneer, or another agreed method) and are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
• Late payments may result in a pause of services until payment is received.
• All fees are quoted in the currency specified on your individual 
  invoice or service agreement (typically USD or EUR).

6. Cancellation

We do not require long-term contracts. Either party may end the working relationship with 7 days' written notice (email or Instagram DM is acceptable). Fees for work already completed or ad spend already committed are non-refundable.

7. Client responsibilities

To deliver effective campaigns, we rely on you to:

• Provide accurate information about your business, products, and goals
• Grant timely access to relevant ad accounts and assets
• Respond to requests for approvals or information in a reasonable timeframe

Delays on your end may affect campaign timelines and results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ozkaya Ads Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits or lost advertising spend, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Communication

We may communicate with you via email, Instagram direct message, or other mutually agreed channels. Response times are made in good faith but are not guaranteed outside of agreed business hours.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
